Hymn to the culture of the island with just the right dose of innovation

Saccharum Pizzeria Menu Pizza O mi ami o mi odi

Our menu is a hymn to our roots, to Mediterranean culture, to local, seasonal, and always fresh ingredients, with particular attention to small local artisan productions and the Slow Food Presidia.

Stone-milled flours, long fermentation, and high hydration make the dough airy, light, and easily digestible.

We dedicate to each dish the time and attention that the pursuit of high quality requires, only then can we share with each diner our passion through every single preparation.

Service Fee: € 3
